Q2 Artificial Lift Services, LLC is pleased to announce the asset purchase acquisition of Round Top Pump and Supply, LLC. The acquisition of Round Top Pump and Supply, located in Casper, Wyoming, and Thermopolis Wyoming, strategically provides an immediate expansion of the organization’s operational footprint into the Powder River and Big Horn Basins of Wyoming. Additionally, the acquisition allows Q2 Artificial Lift Services to expand its deployment of downhole rod pump solutions and services into a new market area while leveraging existing customer relationships.
Furthermore, the acquisition deepens the technical skill set of the organization with the addition of the Round Top Pump management team.
